Hyundai Motor released the first images i20 new generation before its world premiere on Thursday, October 2 during a press conference at the Paris Motor Show 2014

Interior Design

The interior refinement is complemented by a sophisticated and distinctive exterior design of the new i20. Influenced by the design philosophy of the brand ‘Fluidic Sculpture 2.0′, with a clear and simple overall architecture, the car was designed in the Design Center of Hyundai Motor Europe, located in Rüsselsheim, Germany.
Clear and simple architecture

The European design team Hyundai has created a bold front appearance. The vertical hexagonal chrome-framed grille has been lowered for the purpose of design and engineering.

A thin horizontal grille connecting the headlamp clusters, including headlights bi-function projection, LED daytime running lights and LED taillights. A lower grille features front fog lamps, and emphasizes the powerful image of the new vehicle.
The body also includes a single feature line that runs the length of the vehicle, carvings sculpted body panels and a molding the base waist door.

In the rear, the new generation i20 features a gloss black C-pillar that gives the impression of a floating roof line. The lamp clusters wrap around the rear spoiler on the trunk lid and LED have a boomerang-shaped design.
