Apple sued for iOS Wireless 9 – CCM

Apple has been sued for the extra costs involved in the user function WIFI Support iOS in September.

Apple has not yet ruled on the matter, but has released an update that disables support for WiFi devices and allows the user to decide whether to use the data connection or WiFi.
