Factory battery for the Galaxy Note 7 is on fire in China – The New Dia.com

The Galaxy Note 7 had to be removed in all the world for the signature south Korean due to several cases of fires and explosions.

Beijing- Fire of the chinese city of Tianjin (north) had to quell today a fire in a factory for local manufacturing of batteries for Samsung Galaxy Note 7, the mobile that was made infamous last year by number of cases of explosions and fire.

The fire was declared at the factory of Samsung SDI, a supplier of Samsung, in the district tianjinés Wuqing, and affected lithium-ion battery and other unfinished products, noted the daily South China Morning Post, which clarified that the fire was put down quickly and caused no injuries.

Images of witnesses posted on social media showed plumes of smoke emerging from the factory, while charge of Samsung told the press that the fire had affected a deposit of waste materials, not to the production lines.

Samsung SDI is one of the two firms, which supply Samsung battery for Galaxy Note 7, a product that had to be removed in all the world for the signature south Korean due to several cases of fires and explosions.
