Drafting TransMedia.cl 26.02.15.- After a year of extensive legislative discussions, press statements and Discussion , the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) adopted rules on net neutrality.
The new rules seek to providers band wide as common carriers in the same category as service companies that provide gas, electricity, etc where all customers have equal access to the service .
As expected, the FCC commissioners voted according to the party with three Democrats voting for the rules and two Republicans voting against it.
