Hajime Tabata, director of FFXV showed interest in bringing the game to the PC, however, in an interview with DualShockers, Tabata said that Square Enix does not have any plan of bringing the game to the Nintendo Switch. She also confessed that the game might work in the console, but the developer has not tested.
Tabata stated that "there are No plans to Switch at this point, but in general, there is interest in the platform part of the development team. By the way, I think that the Switch would be really great if I could run Android applications on your laptop screen".
Nintendo Switch has the support of Square Enix, since that is one of the dozens of development partners. Other titles from the developer that arrive at the Switch are also I Am Setsuna and Dragon Quest XI.
Square Enix make a mistake and delayed the launch of the Magitek Exosuits for FFXV
Tabata was also asked by Project Scorpio, and replied that Square Enix is seriously thinking about the type of deployments that will be carried out on FFXV for a version in Project Scorpio and see what improvements or changes would present in comparison with the PS4 Pro.
We remind that the Project Scorpio is scheduled to be released at the end of this year, the console will be a high-end model that will support the game 4K, as well as virtual reality. The accessories and games of Xbox One will be compatible with Scorpio. In regards to virtual reality, Microsoft has not talked about hardware support or specific associations, but it has been argued that it may reflect in the price point of Scorpio, which is not provided yet.
Final Fantasy XV is available since November of last year and we found such innovations as the two disciplines of magic: the elemental and the ring.
