Twitter has announced the addition of Bret Taylor, current CEO of Quip, to its board. Quip is a groupware platform that has recently gained a lot of fame in the sector. However, Taylor is best known for having been previously the CTO of Facebook. He was also product manager at Google and co-founder of the social network FriendFeed.
