Trent Reznor, Weezer and GZA premiered tracks to celebrate the arrival of Juno to Jupiter – Univisión

Apple and NASA funded a compilation of epic space tracks.

To make this 4th of July celebration more epic than ever, NASA has scheduled the arrival of the Juno probe to Jupiter’s orbit after five years of mission. Once in orbit of Jupiter will be close to the upper clouds of the planet every 14 days to finish the mission in February 2018. Juno is the first spacecraft approaches both Jupiter and is powered by solar energy, which makes travel further in space. It is also the first to orbit an outer planet from pole to pole and the first spacecraft designed to operate in the heart of the radiation belts of Jupiter. Juno will take higher resolution images that have never taken this giant planet.

For all these reasons, Apple collaborated with NASA to finance a project named Destination Juno gathers tracks from different artists to celebrate this small step for Juno which in turn is a big step for mankind. Here we collect some of the tracks were composed specifically for this moment in history and are available on iTunes under the profile of each of the artists. Happy 4th of July!

Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross, “Juno”

The leader of Nine Inch Nails and the English producer Atticus Ross have worked together to make soundtracks and the result is so powerful that his collaborations usually end up winning. In 2010 they won the Academy Award for best original soundtrack for the film The social network and in 2013 won a Grammy for best soundtrack visual media by The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo . Today they released this court where you can hear actual recordings of the sounds of Jupiter .

GZA, “The Spark”

In 2013, Gary Grize, better known com or GZA The Genius of Wu-Tang Clan released them a rhyming explaining the origin of the universe to students at the University of Toronto in a talk entitled Consciousness, Creativity and Music. Today launched “the Spark” a single under the same concept as the Genius was preaching at various universities (also he spoke about Columbia University ) for the last three years. GZA is preparing his seventh solo album tentatively called Dark Matter and casually going to have much to do with the general theme of Destination Juno.

Jim James of My Morning Jacket, “Everything [The universe] ft. Lydia Burrell “

The leader of My Morning Jacket became one of the best tracks of this thematic NASA compiled with acid dyes psychedelic rock and the feeling of lightness space. “The universe can only be as big as my mind,” sings James as he recedes into eternity.

Weezer, “I Love The USA”

<'d p> never heard the sappy rock with such a dreamer cut and colorful dream pop sounds more than “Hash Pipe”. This is another very high point in this collection of space tracks. Undoubtedly, this is a special day for fans of Weezer that somehow created a kind of anthem as “We Are The Champions” but a little more honestly patriotic.
