Apple sets new record with sales of 10 million iPhones in June – The World

Apple has sold 10 million iPhones 6 over the past weekend. New wireless Apple went on sale last Friday in 10 countries.

Four days before going on sale, Apple announced it had received more than four million pre-orders in just 24 hours, more than double the 2 million order for business model iPhone 5 in the same period two years ago.

These figures made analysts predict that the company would achieve record sales in its first weekend on sale.

Last year, Apple sold 9 million iPhone 5S and 5C during its first weekend on sale in 11 countries. This time, the sale of new models in China has been delayed due to regulatory issues.
