In the video , Zuckerberg makes a tour of the offices of Facebook , the most popular social network in the world, and explains that no walls .
“The idea is that having an open floor where people work side by side, we provide people to share and communicate what they are doing,” said the founder of Facebook .
He stressed the importance of transparency of their business, hence there are no enclosed spaces, desks and windows only to facilitate communication among employees.
Zuckerberg also showed her desk, very simple, in which there are only books related to her work and her book club.
