This afternoon, NASA is making an announcement that could change our understanding of space and other planets dramatically. NASA teased the announcement in a press release, saying that they were going to have a teleconference on Monday, September 26 at 2:00 pm Eastern where they share evidence of the activity "surprising" that could be related to a ocean in Europe. Europe is one of the moons of Jupiter, long-rumored to be one of the best possible sources of extraterrestrial life.

unlike some press conferences, NASA is not planning to make this one video. It will be a teleconference with the media, but the audio of the announcement also will be broadcast live.

You can listen to a live stream of the teleconference of the NASA here starting at 2 pm.

The results show the possibility of oceans under the surface of Europa. The astronomers who will speak during the live broadcast include Paul Hertz, director of the Division of Astrophysics of the NASA in Washington; William Sparks, an astronomer at the Institute of Science of the Space Telescope in Baltimore; Britney Schmidt, assistant professor of the Faculty of Sciences of the Earth and of the Atmosphere of the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta; and Jennifer Wiseman, of high scientific level in the Hubble project at the Goddard Space Flight Center of NASA in Greenbelt, Maryland.

Although you may think that this announcement is related to the spacecraft Juno NASA, currently orbiting Jupiter and taking photos, it is not. The revelation comes from new images captured by the Hubble space telescope of NASA, announced NASA.

NASA also said in a tweet that not found life in Europe.

speculation about the origin of the announcement from NASA is widely varied. Some wonder if NASA has found more evidence of water vapor. Again in 2013, Hubble has observed water vapor above the south polar region of Europa, which could indicate plumes of water erupting from the surface. This supports the previous results that indicated that there could be an ocean under the icy crust of Europe. Additional observations of water vapor could provide evidence that the feathers are coming out of an ocean under the surface. The steam could be investigated to determine its chemical composition without drilling through the ice, that indicates if the oceans could potentially be habitable, according to NASA.
