Microsoft has sued Thursday to the US Government to consider unconstitutional the Executive prohibit technology companies inform customers when their data have been revised.

The company directed by Satya Nadella says in his lawsuit that has received 5,624 requests for information by the Government in the last 18 months, and almost half of the cases, a total of 2,576, the company failed to inform customers that federal agents were inspecting your data.
