Instagram breaks with the past: redesigns its logo and application – CNET in Spanish

The most popular photography application with more than 400 million users on Wednesday announced a new design for both the application icon, as everything inside of it.

According to the social network in the ad said, the new design improves how it looks and feels the application, but without changing the navigation style that has characterized the app. Also, the app puts more focus on photos and videos, both own user accounts as follows, says Instagram.

Ian Spalter, chief designer at Instagram, told WWD that this redesign for your entire application portfolio reflects the different ways in which users of Instagram, layout, Boomerang and Hyperlapse use the services.
