The model 6.2-inch Galaxy S8 will be more acclaimed by users that the model of 5.7 inches, according to information collected by the site SamMobile.

On this occasion, the point of differentiation will be the size of the screen, instead of its aesthetics, says the report, because it highlights the fact that the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus will have the same aesthetics with sides curved, although it does not have the suffix Edge.

In two generations, Samsung has had more sales success with the cell that stands for something. With the S6, Samsung discovered that the users preferred the version Edge, and to not be prepared, the manufacturer could not meet the demand of the units curves, the report says.

With the S7 was a learned experience. Samsung manufactured more units of the Galaxy S7 Edge, and, according to figures from SamMobile, 70 percent of all distributed units of that generation were for the S7 Edge.

The report says that Samsung would be producing a greater number of units of the S8 Plus, to be the model that in this occasion will act as the Edge. For this reason, the version 6.2-inch will be better received than its counterpart, despite the fact that the only difference will be the screen size. The report does not say a specific number of units to produce for each model.

in Addition to the model with larger screen, rumors suggest that the S8 will lose all button front. To impersonate the missing button –and reader included–, Samsung would place a button in the rear, to the side of the camera. The screen would also be larger and the bezels to a minimum, to avoid greatly increasing the size of the phone with the increase of inch in screens.

His launch would happen on march 29, in an event dedicated and focused to the cell, instead of introducing it at the MWC on par with the flagship phone from other manufacturers like LG or Sony.
