According to The Verge, the company of Mark Zuckerberg and friends already in talks with some of the greatest musical houses to create “something” related to music.

And we say “somewhat” because it could be that the network wants a traditional service for listening to songs (paid and unpaid), but could also be wanting something else.

The sources mentioned in the Article say that Facebook wants “something unique” and for this have started talking with Warner, Universal and Sony Music
