Facebook offers remittances – The Universal

New York.-Facebook users in the US will soon be able to send money to friends using the Messages application of social network, it was reported Tuesday.
 


 The new tool joins a crowded field of services aimed at a generation that increasingly use more mobile devices and carrying less cash. The functionality will allow family and friends to send money using their cell charged to bank accounts or credit cards.
 


 


 To send money, users message should reach the new icon” which is near the buttons to send photos, stickers or “Like”. Next, the amount sent, you press “Pay” in the right corner and the number of the bank card is entered typing. To receive the shipment will need to enter an account number or card.
 


 


 The deposit and receiving is free and only works with debit cards. AP
