A jail for a joke – Kioskea

A 14-year-old could go to jail for access to the computer of a teacher and change the wallpaper as a joke.

There are some tricks that can be very expensive to carry them out. It’s what could happen to Domanik Green, a 14-year institute Florida (United States). On March 31, the teenager agreed to a computer for their school to maintain a video call with your friends. The team that came was that of a teacher who does not like , so Green changed the wallpaper for a couple of men kissing as a joke.

The problem is that all PC Teachers Institute are considered property of the State of Florida , so that the office of sheriff County has filed a lawsuit in which he accuses Green to gain unauthorized access to the computer network center, something considered a crime and what the student could be sentenced to up to five years in prison and a fine $ 50,000 (47,000 euros), informs Antena 3.

Green, who was also expelled 10 days, alleges that the password to access the computers of teachers (the surname of one of them) was known to many colleagues . The sheriff Chris Nocco believes that this could serve as a warning to other students.
