WhatsApp announced that the service will be free – Financial Journal

The popular messaging service WhatsApp announced yesterday that it will stop collecting your payment of one dollar per year.

“The purchase allowed us to focus on growing and not think about making money,” said Jan Koum, WhatsApp co-founder, during the Internet conference held DLD right now in Munich.
