Review Apple is calling a batch of iPhone 6 Plus by a defect in one of its chambers.
The website of the company says The problem affects “a small percentage” of the devices sold between September 2014 – when it was launchers and January 2015, which are taking blurred photos if a faulty component in the chamber.
The problem underscores Apple’s iSight camera-the one that is in the back of the iPhone in June Plus- and not the camera “selfie”.
Apple introduced cameras that replace defect free. Affected customers can go to an authorized service provider, any Apple store, or contact technical support.
Owners can check if your iPhone 6 Plus is included in the call for review by entering the serial number of your phone on the Apple website.
The serial numbers are in “Settings & gt; General & gt; Information” of the device. It can also be found in the original box with the device or can be found on iTunes.
Since last fall they have been reported various problems in those phones. In the Apple support site, a forum on the fault has more than 100 reports of problems to focus the camera on the iPhone 6 Plus.
