Evernote CEO named as a former executive of Google – El Financiero

The application Evernote named as CEO Chris O’Neill, who held various executive roles at Google over 10 years, including address Canadian division of the company.

Phil Libin, co-founder and now former Director General of Evernote , will serve as chief executive of the board, which will remain active in the development of the next generation of products of the firm .

“I am extremely happy to be working with Phil and the team Evernote to continue the success we have had creating products that people love it and they trust” O’Neill said in a statement.

According to the company, O’Neill, who was elected officially from next July 27, joins Evernote at a time when it reaches 150 million users worldwide, and is focused on redefining productivity for professionals.

Recently O’Neill was in charge of global operations for Google X .
