But the world of apps also delivers things we do not need but can elicit a smile. “VHS Camcorder” is an example of this, a mobile software that can record videos as if they were caught with an old film camera.
The software, released this week, has a simple interface: only shows a record button, a playback (to access recorded video), zoom control and menu.
But within their settings hides a range of possibilities, from the ability to record in black and white until distort the image when the phone moves effects.
It also allows displaying the date the video on the screen and can display real or false, as if it were really capture the past. Finally delivers quality controls (480p, 720p or 1080p) and framerate.
For now it is an exclusive for iPhone, available in the App Store for US $ 3.99, although Rarevision, the company behind the application, and said it is working on a version for Android.
