The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA, for its acronym in English) has issued an order by which any person traveling on an airplane with one of these phones of the company sudcoreana – that should be returned – you will receive a fine and could also be judged in a court of law.

last week the Security Administration, Pipeline & Hazardous Materials (PGMSA, for its acronym in English) and the FAA, had already been informed of the ban on flights in the U.S., however, now not only you will not be able to carry the Note 7 when you travel, but you can also receive a fine and go to trial for it.

According to published by The Verge, the fines amounting to the total sum of US$ 179,933 for each violation committed, in addition to the FAA ensures that you will be able to open criminal proceedings of up to 10 years, depending on the severity of the fault.

last week Samsung announced the total shutdown of the production of the Galaxy Note 7 and has begun a collection period of all the phones around the world. In the U.S., the owners of a Note 7 that change their device by other cell phone premium of the company will get a voucher of US$ 100. The total withdrawal of the devices will take about US$ 3,000 million for the company.

While the Galaxy Note 7 will becomes the biggest mistake from Samsung, the rumors about the Galaxy S8 will increase it, because now all the expectations are placed on this new device, which currently is not expected until the next World Congress of Mobile Devices, to be held in February in Barcelona, Spain.

more recent reports claim that Samsung has already started the production of the software for their next flagship phone, which could debut a rival of Siri and Google Now, according to several reports.
