Qualcomm will launch a chip that will allow you to travel at super speeds from the mobile phone.

Your next smartphone could have the brand new processor from Qualcomm which will have a download speed that rivalizará with the network of your computer, but only if your carrier supports it.

During the conference 4G/5G in Hong Kong, the manufacturer of processors revealed that the next processor in the series Snapdragon 800 — which will probably call Snapdragon 830 –, will be provided with a modem X16 LTE, which will allow devices to download files at speeds of up to 1Gbps.

Before you emotions, you should know that Qualcomm has assured that only 64 percent of the operators of the world can deploy these speeds. There is also the small detail of the data limit, since it makes no sense to have a high speed, if you’ve just your plan before the end of the month.

Qualcomm has not said when it will launch the Snapdragon 830, but taking into account that the chip manufacturer releases a new processor every year, it would not be strange that at the beginning of 2017 we can see it.

In fact, the new processor could be the that we see during the World Congress of Mobile Devices February, especially if we observe that devices of companies like Sony Xperia XA or the LG G5 launched at the fair this year are the old generation of the chip of Qualcomm.
