It’s been 42 years since the US engineer Martin Cooper made the first call phone in the world and since then the market has revolutionized the lives of millions of people and how they communicate with each other.
It was an April 3, 1973 when former electronics engineer in New York deMotorola made the call from a mobile phone almost half kilo and a battery of only 20 minutes.
In 1975, there were only 5,000 mobile customers on the planet, but today there are 3,600 million users in a cell.
Cooper made the call to its biggest rival in the sector, Joel Engel Bell Labs, AT & amp; T, in full Sixth Avenue in New York about to give a press conference at the Hilton Hotel to announce that he had just made the first call of history from a mobile phone
From that time, technology gave huge steps and turned the phone on smaller tools with multiple functions, from a huge device to devices that fit in the pocket of anyone.
Yet One of the most significant points of this technology was the emergence of the iPhone, when eight years ago Steve Jobs unveiled the phone that revolutionized the world of technology in January 2007.
Since then, companies cell phone manufacturers began a fierce struggle with Apple market, which caused the downfall of some, the patent war and the emergence of strong competitors, especially Samsung.
The evolution continues as year after year companies worldwide launch new patents to innovate with better designs and functions in this type of devices that have a history of over 40 years.
