Facebook consider the possibility of allowing different companies to communicate via WhatsApp with its customers, according to news agency Bloomberg.
If confirmed, this would be the first indication monetization of messaging applications world’s most popular instant, and was acquired by Facebook last year.
The financial management of Facebook , David Wehner, has exhibited in JP Morgan conference that they are working on the idea of improving communication between businesses and customers through the messaging platform WhatsApp .
“We believe that allow messaging B2C (business to consumer) has good business potential for us,” said the manager during his speech, as reported by Bloomberg. “As we learn about this, there will be opportunities to bring some of those things to WhatsApp, but that’s more long term than short term, “he added.
Apparently would already be testing some features of this new channel of communication between users and businesses with Facebook Messenger.
