SAN FRANCISCO – Facebook Inc on Wednesday launched tools that allow businesses to communicate privately with clients through messages, as part of the pulse of your social network Messenger as a standalone application platform.
Now businesses can include the button “send message” in ads that appear on your bulletin board, which allows Facebook users to click the button and send messages privately. If users post a comment on the Facebook page of the company, the company can then send a private message to that person.
