A 14 million people installed the new operating system Windows 10, from Microsoft, during the first 24 hours after launch, the US technology giant announced celebrating the “overwhelmingly positive” response.
The company said its new operating system for computers, smart phones and other devices had a strong start towards their goal of reaching 1,000 million devices.
“We are honored and grateful to see the response to Windows 10,” wrote Microsoft vice president Yusuf Mehdi, in a blog on Thursday night. “We saw a unprecedented demand for Windows 10 , with comments and opinions of the overwhelmingly positive clients around the world.”
