‘Peugeot Vision Gran Turismo’ from 0-100 km / h in 1.73 seconds – PanamaOn

With over 15 vehicles available from the options of ‘Vision Gran Turismo’, Peugeot accept the proposed final challenge by Kazunori Yamauchi, the man behind the legendary racing game that challenged automakers to design an exclusive car to celebrate the 15th anniversary of ‘Gran Turismo’. Peugeot designers have partnered with Peugeot Sport engineers to result in an impressive supercar that has all the characteristics of a vehicle of high performance resistance and now comes alive in GT6TM. At first glance, the Peugeot Vision Gran Turismo silhouette highlighted by a monocoque, modeled to overcome the resistance of the air with a height of 104 cm and a notable absence of any aerodynamic added: the simple shape of your body is more than enough to keep the vehicle to the ground in the most efficient way possible.

The main engine turbo 3.2-liter V6, located just behind the driver, transmits its 875 hp directly to the ground via a six-speed manual transmission and your system driving all four wheels. This, combined with its lightweight final weight (which is barely 875 kg) and the quick response of its management, makes this ‘frame’ the perfect partner to meet the challenge ‘Gran Turismo’. The acceleration capacity is also first rate, making the 0-100 km / h in 1.73 seconds thanks to a power / weight of 1 kg / hp. The braking system is equally impressive thanks to its four ventilated brake discs Brembo carbon (380 mm below, 337 rear).

The virtual pilots will have the opportunity to get behind the wheel of the ‘Peugeot Vision Gran Turismo’ in more than 40 circuits and 107 plots. Available exclusively for PlayStation3® in six color combinations, the ‘Vision Gran Turismo Peugeot’ will be launched within the free update for Gran Turismo 6.
