a long time Ago that we didn’t hear anything on a phone is Lumia, and it is likely that the reason is that Microsoft is planning something bigger and different and that we do not remember to Nokia. Is that something that can be, without a doubt, a Surface Phone, whose rumors have multiplied with the passage of time.

The web site MSPowerUser and The Verge reported on a new patent introduced by Microsoft in 2014, and which up to now has seen the light, which shows a mobile device that can display your screen to be the size of a tablet, and drawn to be a phone again.

The notes and the diagrams let you see which looks like a mobile phone great, able to turn into a screen of a size yet superior, you can take the position style tent, something similar to the Yoga Book of Lenovo.

unlike the tablet of Lenovo, the device Microsoft has a central axis around which to fold and deploy the screen. The images show that the screen may be folded in such a way that one of the halves of the same was to become in the area of the keyboard.

This is only a patent, so that does not mean that Microsoft is going to pursue this project. Several reports in 2016 ensured that the company would launch at least three phones in 2017 with an Intel processor, although since then there have known more details.

Samsung also has several patents for flip phones that it says could arrive by 2017. What will become a reality after all? We will know soon. After all, maybe even missing time until flip phones are adopted en masse.
