New York, EUA.- Apple not violated five Patents technology Wireless owned by the Canadian firm Conversant Intellectual Property Management, told a federal judge in Texas.
Core Wireless Licensing Sarl, a subsidiary of Conversant sued Apple in a US federal court in 2012, arguing that the iPhone maker used its patents on wireless transmission of data on their iPhones and iPads without permission.
The company sought a compensation of 100 million dollars in damages, or 78 cents per device sold by Apple .
