SANTIAGO . Although the solar eclipse this morning was complete, was only partly visible in the northern hemisphere and even there, several countries were unable to appreciate by weather conditions.
Where No problems to view was in space, where a probe of the European Space Agency ( ESA ) and an Italian astronaut they captured images of the phenomenon.
The most shocking pictures were taken by European satellite Proba-2, launched on 2 November 2009 in order to monitor the sun.
The satellite could take a picture of when the Moon cover almost entirely to the Sun, and through other images, it could put together a short video that portrays the solar eclipse completely (see below).
On the other hand, the Italian astronaut Samantha Cristoforetti, part of the crew that currently inhabit the International Space Station (ISS), also took some photos, which appeared in your Flickr account. However, he could not follow the solar eclipse full, as it was conducting experiments on adapting immune to space travel cells.
Another photo circulated enough in the morning is one that shows the solar eclipse on what would be the planet Earth with a galaxy behind. Although the image appeared this morning, the fact is that it was made with a computer, user A4size-ska being published in the DeviantArt website in 2009.
