iOS 10.2 arrives in public beta with new emojis and wallpapers – CNET in Spanish

Apple released Tuesday the first public beta of iOS 10.2, its biggest update that includes a new emojis, , wallpapers, and more new features in other native applications, and new features throughout the operating system in general.

One of the main innovations is the addition of a lot of new emojis, that correspond to those that form part of the Unicode 9.0. Among the new emojis is a smiley clown, a smiley face with a hat, a hand taking a selfie, an eye more real, a teacher and professor, in addition to the emoji for the ultra popular gesture of \_(ツ)_/.

The native application Videos debuts a widget in iOS 10.2, to view the series, videos, or movies that you have downloaded recently from the notification Center. The widget includes the adjustment to see more videos or reduce the displayed list from the upper-right corner of the own widget.

iOS 10.2 includes three new funds of screen static, which consist of a background with black predominating, and with a bubble at the center. The bubble may be of different pitch, with three available: blue, yellow, and pink.

The new effect in Messages in iOS 10.2 serves for the entire screen, not just in the text. The effect is called Celebration, because it displays light golden-type fireworks. The new effect of Celebration makes now are six purposes for the entire screen.

In iOS 10.2, the Camera now saves the settings of photography. This means that the app can remember the settings that were used for the last picture, as if the user fired Live Photos or applied a filter. When you save the settings, these same will apply to the next photo, until the user turn it off.

Also, the update shows a new battery icon when connected to headphones via Bluetooth, and offers an option to press the Home button to talk. Apple has not yet said when it will release the update.

The public beta of iOS 10.2 comes just a day that Apple released the same update for developers. On Monday, Apple also released the beta of tvOS 10.1, macOS 10.12.2 and watchOS 3.1.1. — all for developers.
