First it was the fire of the cell and now a cover of washing machine flying: the defective products continue to Samsung in issues.

A 2.8 million washing-machines brand in south korea are being called to review because of the risk for their customers by technical problems.

The drum load can lose its balance, which causes “excessive vibration” and even “the separation of the top of the washing machine”, recognized the company in a statement.

“This can occur when using a cycle of high-speed spin for the bedding, the water resistant or bulky objects and poses a risk of injury to consumers.”

The company was 733 complaints for excessive vibration or loosening of caps on their machines, in addition to that the nine people are reported to have suffered injuries.

In one of these cases, one person suffered a fractured jaw.

Some customers are suing Samsung, because they allege that their washing machines “explode during normal use”, which has caused damage to homes.

John Herrington, vice president of Samsung in the united States, said: “Our priority is to reduce the safety risks in the home and to provide our customers options.”

Samsung offers its clients a repair at home which reinforces the lid of the washing machine, or a discount on the purchase of a new machine wash.
