Whatsapp and write as in Word – PanamaOn

WhatsApp, the instant messaging application, has presented its new update, which allows you to write the text in italics, bold or strikethrough.

However, this development has reached only devices with iOS operating system and users who run the latest version of Android, which is currently only available in beta. So, if the recipient of the message does not have the update, you can not see the edited words.

There is a tester or trial version so you can see what it is without having to upgrade or have Apple’s operating system. Just click here.

How do you use it?

This new update is tricky.

Negritas. To edit a word and make it bold, you must enclose asterisks. Example:. * PanamaOn *

Italics. For this function, contains the word underscores. Example: _PanamaOn _

Strikeout.. For the latter, in the word between primes. Example:. ~ ~ PanamaOn

To use these resources at the same time, you can combine these symbols, enclosing each other. Example:. * _ ~ _ ~ PanamaOn *

Here is a video that explains how this new feature works, in addition to share you a trick that surely will be very useful
